Jinhee is absolutely masterful, meticulous, and professional. As an experienced makeup artist, she artfully designs the brows of your dreams and skillfully tattoos them on your face. She takes time and tremendous care to ensure the numbing cream is activated for a painless procedure, to find the just right shade for your skin tone, and to check in with you throughout the procedure. I’ve had both my eyeliner and eyebrows done by her and I must say, she is a truly gifted, highly experienced, and one-of-a-kind tattoo artist. My favorite part is waking up to a no fuss makeup routine, saves me a ton of time in the morning and comes in clutch, especially during vacations and pool/beach days. I’ve recommended her services to my mom and several friends and everyone raves about their final look. She’s on the 2nd floor in an acupuncture clinic at Serrano medical building. Highly recommend!
I've known Jinhee for 10+ years and if you are looking into beauty tattoo, she is the person for you! She is truly a master at her craft through her knowledge and expertise in beauty tattoo. She will create natural looking eyebrows that will compliment your face type and structure. I was initially hesitant about tattoos with concerns I might want to change my eyebrow shape. However, I love my eyebrow tattoo and shape which compliments my face better than before. Jinhee is the best and you won't regret it!

I'm an elder millennial who thought plucking my eyebrows into a line in the 00's was a great idea. In my 20s, I had to use makeup everyday to fill my brows in. Now in my 30s, I've had my brows microbladed 3+ times but it was always lightening up and didn't look that good anymore. I ended up deciding I should get my brows touched up again when my mom called me to ask me for a ride to get her brows tattooed. I was there that day and met Jin. She did my mom's and my 2 aunts brows. They looked fabulous! Jin doesn't microblade, but she uses a special technique to tap the ink into the skin. It looks kind of like a powder look and it's honestly beautiful. I immediately scheduled my own appointment to have mine done with her AND decided to do my eyeliner too. The day arrived and Jin was ever welcoming. She numbed my brows and eyes before we began. She did a very focused plan with me on mapping my brows out to exactly what I wanted. I found out I had so many microblade scars that I never knew about. That confirms that I'm never going to microblade ever again. It's so damaging! I also want to point out that the ink has never turned red with Jin the way it has with others. She literally spent 3.5 hours working on me and exercised extreme patience and control. Because of Jin's special technique, the pain was minimal. I've never had such an easy time having my brows done. The liner is slightly more painful but really nothing that can't be tolerated. I have very low pain tolerance so this was a pleasant surprise. Jin has an incredibly light hand. Jin is so so detailed and the end result blew me away. I came in for my touch up and she thickened up my liner the way I wanted, and also filled in some light areas on my brows. After a couple months of healing time, I felt like I wanted a little more wing on my liner since my hooded eyes made it difficult to see. Jin extended my wing and even threw in a brow touch up since I was there. 4 hours of facial tattoos is no joke because of the pain and nerves, but Jin makes it so much better. She is the sweetest, most kind person. I spent the whole time chatting with her about my pets, her kids, our careers, foods, everything. I truly love Jin and her amazing work. I don't think words can fully express how amazing of a job she does. You can truly tell she's a master at her work. I want to gatekeep Jin because I love her so much, but I also wish her the greatest success! I'm definitely recommending Jin to every one and I'll be coming back regularly so I can make sure I wake up looking on point!
She has the best technique I've ever experienced, and she's also very kind, from the anesthetic cream to the design. There's nothing lacking. I got a tattoo from someone else before and didn't like it, but after getting it done by this person this time, I have really pretty eyebrows. She's perfect. I highly recommend her.
