We have used Linda and Matt Markham Lee, two Avalon architects to help us build our dream home. Lucky us, glad we found them. We have had a great experience with them and now have a home we have always wanted. They are both easy to work with, have some great ideas and lots of patience!!! I didn't think we needed an architect but am so glad we used them. They were professional, caring and offered us ideas that worked so well. They listened to our concerns, became marriage counsellors (sometimes) and always came up with a practical and well thought out solution that met all our needs. Working with them was fun and I felt secure knowing that they had our back and really wanted the best outcome for us. Having a team with both male and female meant all sides and options were covered and the female view was taken seriously. The final build is above and beyond what I expected and I really feel that without them it just wouldn't have been the same. We now have a beautiful home that offers us all we wanted, is user friendly and is great in all the seasons. Thank you Matt and Linda.
