Excellent experience at Over the Rainbow Jeans. The staff really knows their products and made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. There was a slight mix up when I picked up my order, but the staff and owner were super pleasant and helpful in rectifying the mistake right away!! Thanks for the great customer service and the T-Shirt!!

I have been a longtime customer of this store and have purchased a lot of jeans over the years. However the prices have doubled if not tripled in the last 5 years and service has declined. Paying $20 for shipping that’s supposed to take one day but it takes 2-3 days and then the item doesn’t fit and having to pay $25 to return and pay another $20 to get another item that fits is unacceptable.

Everytime I come here, I'm kinda shocked at how weird the sales associates are. I'm a pretty nice, sociable person and I usually can find camaraderie with most people... But the sales people here just seem to want to have no part in friendly exchanges. It's honestly really odd and and off putting experience. They have a great selection of jeans but I have felt so uncomfortable every time I've gone that I might shop elsewhere first.

I recently visited this store with my family and was made very uncomfortable by the store manager’s behavior towards her staff. We repeatedly overheard her speaking poorly and unprofessionally to her women's staff Despite this, the staff was kind and gave professional customer service even while being spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. Unfortunately, the environment created by management took away from what could have been a positive shopping experience.

Whoa!! This simply is an amazing shopping experience for jeans and all things casual. Store is very clean, organized and well staffed. Unique Ts with messages are fabulous find Prices vary but something for everyone. Friendly customer service. It's a must drop in.
