SecuTrans is one of the most reliable merchant services providers in the market. I said it because I have been used SecuTrans terminals for four years and their network is fast, never break down and never cause any trouble. I did compare them with my other terminals I used before but they stood out after 4 years’ usage. How is their customer services? I don’t know because I barely call them (I called twice if I was not mistaken both because they mailed me new terminals and I had questions to set it up). Also you can downloaded transaction statements from their website so you won’t never miss a beat. Sum it up maybe there are merchant services providers out there charge slight cheaper but if you are looking for reliable and stress free services, look no further SecuTrans is the choice.

This is thew absolute worst company you can deal with - in any industry. I have been trying to get out of my lease for 2 years and finally was able to cancel it - by paying penalties of $659.52 cnd (cancellation fee). I cancelled 4 months ago and they are still charging me every month. I have to call every single month in order to explain that we have cancelled the service and in order to get refunded.

-*-*-*Negative stars should be the option for this company-*-*-* Rude staff with improper training. I called them month ago to give notice to cancel my service and they said me you can cancel it anytime just by calling 2 days in advance so i did the same but when i called for final cancellation they told me they i need to give 1 month notice and because i didn't gave them the notice I will have to pay fine. I told them that i called earlier and i was told by your representative that i can cancel by calling 2 days prior to the date of actual cancellation and I wont be charged any fine.

I am having really bad experience right now with this company. I decided to change the company in the middle of the contract, the main reason: i didn't get the deposit of our card sales about 4000$ for 2weeks, I was really insecure about this company after it happened to me a few months ago. Now they charge me penalty which I already expected, and another 500$ penalty from First Data which Secutrans never show me the contract. As a result, 1000$ penalty for both companies together. I really don't understand this company's management and I know I am not the only one who is experiencing this problem. I'd rather pay more for the better service and security about deposit.

Do not trust this company. They are not honest with their work. While using their services, they charged more than the agreed amount without informing us of why. Once we ended contact with their service and returned the machines they continued taking money without any notice or consent. We have tried to contact them several times asking for an explanation. However they have been ignoring any calls and emails.
