I have seen Ideal Computers help customers with as much clarity as possible. They do not just fix the problem for the customer and move on, they go to the extent to explain the problem to the customer and how they can combat it if they are to ever come across the problem again. Any problem they are given, they fix it in a time manner at an affordable cost in favor for their customers as well! I had a great experience with this service shop! The employee here solved a complex networking issue for my home office that no one else could figure out. It only took around 30 minutes to fix the issue and was very cost-efficient! I am so glad that I found them. I am absolutely certain that I would come back here if I have any other problems. I highly recommend Ideal Computers for fixing computer IT issues.

Needed a Windows 11 update. Ideal evaluated my 14 year old computer, suggest a new dell computer, acquired it in a week, then moved my data and gave me great tech support. Wow what a great service.
