Today, the 2nd of September 2025 I was here again; This time was another teller: Mr. Michael; he really offered me the best possible services! Very attentive with OUTSTANDING listening skills, he understood everything what I asked him to do in order to solve my requests; he did it very accurate in a very timely manner adding VALUE and CONFIDENCE in this Branch services. Amazing nice and very professional this gentlemen Mr. Michael. Many Thanks! I was there today: I was absolutely delighted in regard to the service that they provided: to be very clear: When I am going to a Bank, I do not want to wait too much and when I need assistance, I am expecting that the teller will understand what I need and will assist me. Both were done in a very nice manner: 1. I was waiting not more than 2 minutes and 2. The teller was OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL and VERY VERY HELPFUL. She really assisted me in an exemplar manner. This review is not directed at any specific branch, but at RBC as a whole. RBC has been one of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with. My account was locked just because I deposited a cheque online. I visited the branch twice and called customer service multiple times, wasting an entire day, only to be told repeatedly that the issue was resolved — but it wasn’t. The experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I’m done doing business with RBC.

To be honest, I've always been unhappy with RBC's counter service. When I asked a teller in this branch to print info for my 3 accounts, a tall, light-skinned man refused and told me to use online banking. Then I made an appointment online. Sophie helped me and not only resolved my issue but also, upon learning I was applying for a mortgage, analyzed my situation and contacted her colleague Nikki. Can you believe they completed my mortgage in just 4 days with a great rate? I saved a lot of money! Their professionalism is truly commendable！！
