I had a difficult battle with my insurance company after my accident, and I'm incredibly grateful to Colton, Andrew, Alyssa and Celeste for sticking with me through the entire process. Insurance companies can make things very challenging, but they stayed persistent and fought to make sure I was treated fairly. In the end we were able to reach a settlement that I was very happy with. What I appreciate most was how they kept me informed every step of the way. They were always straight forward and down to earth, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. They genuinely care about their clients and take the time to explain things clearly. It’s been a very long and tedious process for my case. From the very beginning of 2019 till now 2025. Colton and his team have worked very hard to reach our goal. People need to understand that it takes time and a lot of patience and to have trust in your lawyers to do what they are best at which is get you a fair settlement for your case. I was in a terrible car accident. I was referred to Iacobelli Law and I couldn’t be any happier! Those who were, at first, my legal team, turned into family. They went above and beyond for me every step of the way. My physical and mental conditions were greatly affected by the accident. There was always a team member ready to be there for me when I was in pain or in mental distress. I felt like Joanne was my friend, psychologist, and caregiver at the same time rather than a legal representative.
