Went there recently with my partner and received an outstanding service. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They educated us on all the products and helped with choosing items based on our needs. Highly recommended!
WORST COSTUMER SERVICE that I've ever experienced in my life. I wanted to get some supplements and needed help from the only staff on the floor. I was treated horribly rude and I've been bullied because I didn't know the correct name of the supplements and dealt with a harsh RACIST attitude. Also, I've been mocked because I was wearing a mask in the store. I was offended and asked to speak to the manager. It turned out the RACIST, RUDE staff was manager herself. I've asked for her name and she refused to give her name and yelled at me to leave the store!!! UNBELIVEBLE!! I tried to call the head office in Ontario many times but unfortunately I couldn't get a hold of any agent. Do yourself a favour and never visit this store, specially if the manager is working. If I could I would have definitely chosen 0 star. ***Response to the owner: I visited this store on May 8, 2022 and it was open during my visit. That day holds a vivid memory for me as it was Mother's Day. In the morning, my mom and I were at the mall for our hair appointment at Chatters, located in front of Nutrition House. It was the start of our Mother's Day celebration. After our appointment, we entered Nutrition House and unfortunately had an extremely unpleasant experience. The way we were treated was beyond awful, and even recalling it now, I still feel upset. I hope that your company now selects its employees more carefully, and that the so-called manager responsible for treating people so poorly is no longer associated with your company.
It was my first time coming to the store and I absolutely love it! They provide an amazing customer service , super helpful and very knowledgeable about their products! The price was also reasonable! Definitely coming back soon!!
I was in this store today and I was greeted by Dawn, She was knowledgeable friendly curtious and certainly helpful. She was very pleasant to deal with and happy to give me the information I've been looking for. I highly recommend this location and I will be back for more shopping. As another reviewer mentioned there was no upselling, she was just there to help me with what I needed, that was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this location for all your health and nutrition needs!
Wonderfully surprised by the service I received . The staff was a wealth of knowledge . They didn’t try to upsale me but only directed me to the products I needed . Ask for Dawn she is amazing , full of knowledge . I won’t be going anywhere else .
