Why I keep going back to Gold&Rose ever since I stumbled upon it back in 2021: Impeccable customer service! They are genuine, authentic, honest, transparent and so nice. They answer your questions with no "sales pitch", sometimes even late at night, despite letting them know I'm in no rush for an answer and they always are clear in price points and expectations. I asked her about possible bracelet chain designs and she remembered to send me a bunch of photos of what they have so I didn't have to come in. I asked her about price of gold and she gave me an honest opinion and price, not trying to rush me into buying, just genuine advice. And whenever I go in, she offers to clean the jewelry I'm wearing which is beyond expectation. On 1 occasion, my necklace broke, they fixed it right away and didn't even charge me. Over the years, they have become very popular and busy, despite this, they are so consistent in answering different inquiries and how they treat their customers. I really appreciate your business.
