Excellent customer service and professionalism. This is the second time we have used Royal Blinds this year and both experiences exceeded our expectations. Team member in the store was pleasant and knowledgeable and the blind installer Markus was a pleasure - neat, organised and professional. Highly recommended.
Royal Blinds has been super quick and nothing short of professional with their services. Was given a wait time of a week to receive the screens but they came and installed it within 3 days of coming to quote the job. Would highly recommend
Bought some blackout curtains from Royal blinds and we are very happy with how they turned out! Good quality fabric and fairly quick install. Estimate was accurate to what we paid and we feel it was good value. Will use this company again!
The pricing offered by Royal Blinds is very competitive and overall, we are quite happy with the product. We do however have a couple customer service related issues: 1) We were told our blinds would be installed on a certain date, but were advised two days prior to the installation date that they would be installed a week late due to the Lunar New Year holiday in Korea. We were told this after I contacted Royal Blinds to inquire about the status of our order as we had not heard from them; 2) The staff communicated with us both via text and email, which did make things a bit more complicated at times; 3) Before the installation, I was told that I had to pay the remainder of the total cost (I had already gone into the showroom and paid the deposit for the blinds). When I asked the staff member how I could pay, I was advised I could either come into the showroom or provide my credit card information via text. Since I did not feel comfortable providing my card info via text, I opted to come into the showroom to pay. During installation, I was told by the technician that they actually have a portable debit/credit machine they can bring to installation sites, which is frustrating as I was not informed of this prior to making another trip into the showroom; 4) For quite awhile after the installation, I have been finding little sharp metal shards all over the floor and in our living room rug that had not been cleaned up properly. Issues aside, I do want to stress the positives of the product itself. Our blinds and screens are clean and modern in appearance, meet strata regulations for our building and suit our place really well. They also do help retain heat in our place a lot better than what we had previously. The pricing offered by Royal Blinds was also far better than any other companies we looked at. Installation was quick and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable, even taking time to address a concern we had regarding our order and fully explaining things from a technical/functionality standpoint. Additionally, I quite liked that the same technician who we had our consultation with was the same technician who installed our blinds and screens.
We got quite a few quotes and nobody can beat their price for zebra blinds, we could have done with a cheaper quote for faux wood/roller, but I just love the functionality and look of this blind, also super easy maintenance. The turn around time was also the fastest, from quote to installation was around 3 weeks. We got regular ones downstairs and black out ones upstairs for the bedrooms, both looks really nice. Just a side not that the black out ones won’t be sufficient if you have a baby. Overall, we highly recommend Royal blinds.
