I’ve been a regular client of Briana for over 12 years. What started as a Groupon for a Brazilian when I was a broke grad student ended up being someone I wanted to keep working with. Over the years, I added other services such as facials and microblading. Now, I have many tattoos but I have VERY little pain tolerance on my face. Whether it’s from her needing to extract a blackhead or touching up micro blading. She patiently handles things in a way that I keep coming back. When she started doing my facials about 8-9 years ago, I needed extractions every time (and I complained like a little kid). She got me on a good product line and now there are more instances of her telling me when she checks, that I don’t need anything extracted. With waxing, she works quick and efficiently, which is a major green flag in my book.

DONT COME HERE! I usually don’t leave reviews but this was bad. I went in for a stomach and back wax, the service was very unprofessional, she never instructed me on how I should undress or position myself for the service, she just said to lay on the bed so I had to figure it out myself. The service was rushed and rough, I was uncomfortable the entire time. She said she’s been doing this for years but the stuff she was using seemed cheap and she had no gloves. After she asked me to redeem the last coupon I had so she could get paid early for a trip she had coming up. I was uncomfortable at that point so I did it. I broke out alllll over my back and it didn’t go away for MONTHS. I decided I didn’t wanna go back to her after such a bad experience so I requested a refund just for the service I never received and Groupon said she denied it, she called me herself saying she would give me a refund, and when I didn’t receive it I called her and she sounded annoyed and said she would call Groupon the next day. I still haven’t received it. I wish I just went somewhere else it’s probably the worst wax experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had tons of waxes done in my life. Just don’t waste your time or money.

I was not going to share my experience with this business Le Beaty bar but I have to ! I went through Groupon and came across her promotion of microneedling , I’ve been looking for a good place that gives good microneedling I’ve been very insecure with my acne scars , that being said I decided get the sessions with her, she said that I would get really good results , I was soo eager to see that but I noticed that when she would do a session she would be very aggressive she said don’t worry it’s part of the process even thought I was in pain . By the third session I honestly didn’t wasn’t her to work on my face , my face looked soo bad and the scarring was way worse and to top it off I could see the dent mark on ny face she made with the microneedle pen , I brought it up to her and even send her before and after pictures to the damage on my face and she did not take no responsibility what so ever she was giving attitude and when I ask her to give me a refund on part of the package she didn’t want to ! I told her I was overwhelmed and stress , now I have to look into laser and see they can fix the horrible job she did on me , and expense that I should have to deal with! Ladies please beware who do you go to ! People can ruin your life !
