The food came out pretty cold, the portions felt small, and I personally didn’t enjoy the taste. Out of all the jokbal I’ve had in the U.S., this was my least favorite. The makguksu also tasted very different from what I’m used to. I was also surprised that basic side dishes I usually expect at a jokbal restaurant, like kimchi or radish salad, weren’t included. Based on my experience, I don’t see myself coming back here again.

I've been a regular for years, I used to drive all the way to Garden Grove just for their jokbal. I’m so thrilled they finally opened a branch nearby! The taste is so authentic and delicious that I’d crave it even if I were back in Korea

We ordered it to-go, and it was still so juicy and flavorful. Definitely the best jokbal in town!

The owner was extremely friendly, and the food was clean, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious. The jokbal and meat were tender, juicy, and had no smell at all. Highly recommend!

It was such a great place to eat! The ladies who run the place are soooo nice and the level of service is top tier! The food was also amazing and was some of the best korean food ive had in a while!!
