My car looks amazing after Diamond's team finished the level 1 service today! AND most importantly it smells clean! I accidently spilled a full minnow bait bucket on my back seat and for days it smelled so bad, I tried everything to remove the smell but I had to call in the professionals. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this shop. The car I dropped off was already in a decently clean condition but smelled of cigarettes. I was hoping a deep clean would help. Upon picking the car up I had to have them clean the dashboard, the vents, cupholders, seat belts and headrests as they didn’t look to have been touched. Upon closer inspection once I got home I don’t believe they did an interior cleaning at all let alone a detail. The car did smell better from Ozone machine but unfortunately that did not last more than a few days, I can’t blame them for this though as the car was bought used with quite the odor.

Very professional job. Just had my Mom's 13 year old car cleaned today, before my teenage son starts driving it. They did great job, on time, as per estimate. Long-term cloth seat stains were removed, and cup-holder was clean as new. Great job. I am recommending to my friends.
