Canada Life is stressing my terminally ill husband out so much. He has enoigh to deal with. They're losing paperwork and threatening to cut off his LT benefits. He's emailed and called numerous times, including resending the paperwork and having his doctor resend it as well. Nobody is calling him back at all. Now his last payment hasn't shown up and still no contact.
I was recommended by a family member to work with Weina Yu on wealth strategy and management for my future planning and family wealth optimization goals. I am so thankful to have been connected with Weina as she has helped us achieve over and above what we thought was possible.

The terms 'lazy' and 'inept' come to mind describing 'Financial Advisor', Wesley Yang based in this office. Dereliction of duty regards my holdings is an understatement. Has no desire or concept of service. Does not return calls, does not reply to texts/emails. Is outrageously unprofessional. His communications were 3-5 words long with no substance when he did communicate. The worst financial & Life Insurance experiences I've ever had.
This is a complete and utter mess of a company to deal with. My advisor is always so flustured, anxious and eccentric to the point I cannot get my questions answered - because she mumbles about herself most of the time. There is no set plan and I was actually told that I can pay any amount I want for my life insurance with no set coverage amount provided. To prominently illustrated how archaic this place is, they have NO online presence. You can not see your account online because they do not have that capability. They still use paper mail. They also have been closed since March 2020 to their paying clients. You do realize that this shows they are completely incompetent at coming up with a plan and actioning it because they cannot even handle this pandemic while other businesses have been open all this time.
