Came here because the Original Honey BBQ Wings were BACK!!!!!! I ordered through the app/ a 6pc with Mac & Cheese and a bottle of water. They were coated nicely, spicy and fresh out the grease! Yesssss! Baby girl was bagging up my order just as I walked in…. I’ll definitely be back tomorrow! lol!
The atmosphere was kid friendly. Family oriented. Please make sure the fries are hot and ready. I got room temperature fries they weren’t even warm. I returned them and they offered either fresh fries or money back. I chose my money back. Thank you, that was nice of you to make it a quick solution. I wanted the fries with my sandwich but since I finished it wasn’t a point in getting a fresh batch of fries honeys
Bad service , very impolite some staff. Can’t talk as well with customers, rude ones.
Waited at the counter for about 5 minutes and no one came to take my order. After calling for assistance, I was told to wait. I asked an employee named Maria how long the wait would be and was told 5 minutes. After waiting longer with no service, I asked again and was told to either order through the app or keep waiting “or not,” in a very rude and dismissive manner. Customers should not be ignored or spoken to this way. Very poor customer service.
Terrible service and hard to get a hold of anyone despite it not even being super busy. Staff are rude (especially that one shorter middle-aged dude who's probably manager or something) and only gave us one sauce packet, immediately saying we'd be charged for any more. Fries all just come from frozen bags. Hard to get access to restroom. They were also using Taco Bell bags for some reason. Overall terrible experience and wouldn't go to this location again
