Shiny Nails

I’m new to the area and did a quick google search to find a nail salon and I was extremely impressed with the techs at Shiny Nails! As always, I called ahead to ask about wait time / if they could take me in the next 15 mins on a Saturday which they were happy to pencil me in last minute. They were very welcoming and accommodating - Sue even helped me pick out a color (I told her brown and she knew her inventory like the back of her hand and even sampled a couple of colors on her own nails to show me). Unrelated, but my phone was low on battery so I asked if I could plug it in and they were more than happy to allow me to do so. This place is a hidden gem because it’s in a small nook in a strip mall. It wasn’t busy, the music was very calming. I was able to bring my book and relax! What I appreciated the most was I asked if they could do a design on my hand (the last picture was the inspiration). They tried to do it and after a few attempts, Sue walked me through why it was difficult for them to do the exact design. Instead she showed me alternative designs they could do a which was very sweet (results are the first 2-pics). Outside of the great service, the price was very reasonable! For a pedicure - $35. For no chip, plus the French nail tip, and design on 4 fingers - $45. They didn’t even charge additional for the French tip and design on 4 fingers!! Overall will be coming back to this place and 100% recommending to my friends!

These ladies are all among the nicest ladies I've ever met at a nail salon. "Angie" does a great job with my mani-pedi. She's absolutely the best. My nails always look so great when she's done with them. She will accommodate my schedule anytime which I greatly appreciate. Thank you so much, Angie!! See you in 2 weeks :)

This has been my go-to nail spot for 20 years. They always do a great job and are very accommodating. I love that it’s locally owned as well!

Sue took such good care of me and did an amazing job on my nails! At no point did I feel rushed or uncomfortable, she took her time and we had great conversations. Compared to other nail places in the area, the prices are unbeatable. Will definitely be going back!

Great atmosphere. My technician was so gentle and thorough, she did a wonderful job. Will come again.
