Darren helped us sell my father‘s house and was instrumental in helping with the problem tenant in the basement. He was thoughtful, careful, and considerate of all of our concerns. We really appreciated his honest and direct manner. We would definitely hire him again.

The perfect house buying experience! We had the pleasure of working with Ron & Susan to find out first home. They listened to everything that we asked for and they provided us with their expertise when it came to certain things we never thought about when we were looking at properties. • They provided us with their expert level knowledge on the current housing market • They never pushed us into something we did not feel comfortable about • They always presented us with every detail that they could about the properties we were seeing I would certainly suggest them to anyone in my network. If we ever decide that we want to move again, we will surely be looking towards Ron and Susan to find us our next home. Thank you both!

Our experience with Slavens was excellent. They were very communicative about their process as well as what would be necessary to get our house to market. The team was stealth like, from organizing and clean-up to staging, there was always someone there managing every detail (thank you Britany!). We found Daren to be incredibly thoughtful and considerate throughout, we can't thank both him and Marc for all their patience. Bar none, our best experience with an agent!! Thank you to the Slavens team!!

I decided to go for them because I saw they sold one of my neighbor's houses at a very good price. And then Darren sent a team to help me out. They are all specialized in different things. List agent(Justine), staging designer, packagers, cleaner, etc. After moving out, I gave them the key and they got everything ready for sale. It was a very easy process for me and they always responded very fast and explained things to me with patience. And my townhouse was sold within a week with no condition in Feb. All my neighbors said it was sold at a very good price. I am really happy with their service and already recommended them to one of my neighbors :).
