We have been with Amy for a couple of years and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She is highly attentive to her clients and you can tell she truly cares for you (and your business). (I'm re-writing this review after I saw their reply) I appreciate your reply on the previous review. Their work was thorough, but I still feel there's room for the improvement with the communication so I rated one less star. There wasn't any explanation of charges before the invoice, and I don't think a quick saying of "there may be extra" on the very initial phone call is enough for any client with $300+ "extra" charges when they finally get the invoice. Other than this, they were very kind and quick with issues over the phone call. Email may take longer.
