I had the unfortunately task of turning on my plates and canceling my insurance because some fool rear ended me on Sea-to-sky. I had just moved to a new area and Sharon's insurance was one of the closest places where I could do that. The staff were lovely, they were pretty gentle with me in my 'grief' and everything was handled very quickly and professionally. Theres was lots of free parking in the immediate area as well.
As someone with an impatient nature, I find it convenient and efficient to receive insurance quotes and renewals quickly through text or email. I have been using both ICBC car insurance and business insurance for several years. I highly recommend this service to others around me.
Jenny was precise deliberate and all above wonderful to deal with considering its ICBC we unfortunately have to answer to in the end.. we found common ground on how to keep our own slice of paperwork heaven while trudging thru the fires from the trees downed to make this paper which all burns in the end.. 10 out of 10
