Had a great experience at Century West BMW, especially working with Matia. We were looking at an M2 and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Matia stayed well after hours to make sure the deal went through and never rushed or pressured us. What really stood out is that there were no dealer fees and no mandatory add-ons like you see at so many other BMW dealers. Everything was transparent and straightforward. This dealership is the opposite of shady no games, no surprises, just honest communication and respect for the customer. If you’re in the market for a BMW, especially an M car, I highly recommend checking them out and asking for Matia
I took a chance with this dealership since they were close by despite all the bad reviews. I had $17k worth of work done (paid by extended warranty company) and received a car with more damage back. My car's axel was damaged during repair and they installed a new $4k headlight with huge scratch. Dealership will not fix either issue. They offered to buff out the scratch despite likely internal cracking and wearing of UV coating. I paid for a new headlight I should get a new headlight not a repaired headlight. See images for headlight damage and for axel damage. The black component directly below the axel was the replaced component which interfaced with the axel causing damage. My service advisor, Brian did a great job coordinating the the warranty company / rental company / BMW loaner. However the service department really let me down here.
To preface this, I own a lot of cars. I’ve bought cars from private parties. I’ve bought cars from dealerships. I’ve bought cars at auctions. Working with this BMW dealership to buy my mom a car was extremely positive more so than any other experience. They are patient understanding and quick to get a deal done. Our sales manager was named Botan and he was extremely professional and intelligence. Five star experience highly recommend.
I live in Arizona, but I had heard so many great things about this BMW dealership that I had to give it a try. I can honestly say this was the absolute best car leasing experience I have ever had. Cesar went above and beyond in every possible way. His customer service was truly top notch. The entire process was smooth, easy, and completely stress free. He was incredibly knowledgeable, always responsive, and answered every single question I had with honesty and patience. I never once felt rushed or pressured. He made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. I have leased cars before, and this experience was on a completely different level. Cesar genuinely cares about his clients and it shows in everything he does. He made sure I felt confident, informed, and excited about my car. I cannot say enough good things about him. When I traveled to Los Angeles with the car, Luis was also amazing. He took the time to explain all the details, features, and technology, and made sure I knew exactly how to use everything. He was incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable and supported. Overall, this dealership exceeded every expectation I had. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. If you are looking for outstanding service, professionalism, and people who truly care, this is the place. Cesar is absolutely incredible, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Best experience ever ever ever.
We had an extremely disappointing experience with BMW Roadside Assistance and the BMW North Hollywood location. Our BMW X7 was only two weeks old when we experienced a flat tire on the highway while traveling from Arizona with our family, including our 8-month-old baby. We clearly informed BMW Roadside Assistance that we needed a spare tire. After waiting more than two hours for a tow truck, we were taken to the North Hollywood location — only to find out they did not have the tire available. This should have been confirmed before sending us there. Because we were stranded on the highway with an infant, we had to call 911 to get my wife and children safely transported off the highway. Once at the dealership, we were told we would have to wait until the next day for the issue to be resolved. As out-of-state travelers from Arizona, this was completely unreasonable. What was most concerning was the attitude of the staff at the North Hollywood location. They showed no urgency, no empathy, and did not even offer a simple apology for the situation. Instead, we were asked irrelevant questions such as whether we had purchased the vehicle from their dealership — which should not matter in a roadside emergency. Ultimately, we had no choice but to patch the tire ourselves and drive back to Arizona on a repaired tire. For a brand-new vehicle from a premium brand like BMW, this level of coordination and customer care is unacceptable. This was a stressful and frightening experience for our family and fell far below the standard we expected.
