I initially called to inquire about testing for CARBS. I was asked which specific test my company needed, but I didn't know at the time. I mentioned that I would call back once I had that information. After I received the details, I called back, but the person I spoke with had gone to lunch. I didn't call back a third time because my employee was already en route. When my driver arrived, she asked the head manager if they conducted opacity tests and inspections. He responded that they only performed "I'm Ready" tests. Despite this, he conducted an "I'm Ready" test anyway, even though that wasn't what we needed. I have a text message from my driver and timestamps for when everything was discussed. To top it off, he said if didnt pay, he was going to keep my bus. I want it back, OR WILL SEE YOU IN COURT. I WILL NOT GO HERE!!
Great customer service, and very swift with the turnaround time on repairs. Although it’s not a bargain , it’s definitely not a ripoff on the pricing. I would honestly say it’s below fair market prices but the most important thing (for me) is the quality of the work/service. Andy who heads up the service dept. is great at communicating through out the entire process and is very transparent on what and how much needs to be done. In my case Andy and his staff when above and beyond by even coming in on there day off to make sure I was back on the road with no vehicle issues, which is important due to possible dot violations or being put out of service. Overall a great solid local dealership to deal with! Just ask for Andy in service dept.
Came to this spot for a last minute broken mirror I had and they had the parts I needed and was able to squeeze me in right away! Professional and courteous staff members and mechanics through and through! Andy got me in and out of there with almost no time wasted! I would recommend this shop to anybody in the area that needs parts and labor done ASAP
Worst place ever!!!! They trick you, when you see a used truck the salesman says don’t worry, we will take care of the details,whatever to make it look better we will fix it. Not happening, nothing gets done, not even the paperwork comes right, they only want your money. I bought a truck in July and it’s September 20 and I haven’t got my truck’s plate number and registration. I requested a lift gate for the truck and they gave me a very old one that it may not even last 2 years. I feel so upset because they’re all the same starting with the salesman and the manager, when I went back with the truck to repair the issues I found only a few days after I bought it,everybody was with such a nasty attitude, as if they were giving me the truck for free. I told them the lift gate was so rusty from the inside that all the rust sound like sand every time the lift gate was moved up or down. And guess what they did They made holes under the lift gate and washed all the rust away so I wouldn’t hear the rusty sound, I told the salesman to remove the grease and dripping oil from the engine when I saw the truck the first time and never did it, the light in the box truck and another light in the cabin were broken and never fixed them. The brakes needed work and never did it. I really wonder if the owners know how bad their employees are running their business. I will complain with the Better Business Bureau and if they don’t fix those problems I will call the local news because it’s unfair to pay so much money and not get a decent truck
It's really hard for me to think about that I hand in my truck to do services and they took off my old filter and forgot to install new into it, put the new one in passenger seat, they said that they changed my switch for lift gate not make better but same... When I took back and the lift gate even don't move any more (before some time need wait couple mins to work..) road test over heat problem, told me everything is ok, take back truck same day go slope on freeway was showing over heating... I think they use citi Bank card service... don't believe what I said, at least don't use any Citi bank credit card to pay their service... Take care yours...
