Great experience with Beverly Hills BMW! As a 24yo, this is only my 3rd car buying experience, but I'd rate it the best. Brandon answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He stayed late and was very patient and thorough, making sure we got the car that we were happy with, never rushing us to come to a decision. Smitty helped us on the finance side and made sure our transaction was smooth and simple. This is a dealership I'd definitely recommend to others and am happy that I bought my car here! Great deal, beautiful dealership, and helpful staff!

There’s a reason why it’s called the world famous Beverly Hills BMW. Their customer service makes it all the best. Brandon Greenberg was the most helpful in my purchasing journey. He was patient and understanding as to what I was looking for. There were a couple of items missing from the vehicle, but he made sure I got them in a timely manner! I’d recommend this dealership for your next purchase. Just make sure you come in knowing what you’re looking for! MK in the financing department also ensured I understood all the financing terms. He also provided any updates regarding the finalization of my purchase!

I had an exceptional experience at BMW Beverly Hills from start to finish. Quinn and Bryant were both fantastic to work with and truly went above and beyond to help me secure the best possible financial deal on my BMW 330i. They were knowledgeable, transparent, and patient throughout the process, taking the time to explain all of my options and making sure I felt confident that I was getting a great deal. Their professionalism and dedication really stood out and made a big difference in my overall experience. Khaled did an amazing job closing the deal and tying everything together seamlessly. He is extremely personable, professional, and efficient, which made the entire process feel effortless. I was running late that day, and Khaled was incredibly accommodating—he had the car I was interested in ready and waiting for a test drive as soon as I arrived, and even had some of the paperwork already prepared to help expedite the process. That level of attention to detail and respect for my time did not go unnoticed. Overall, the entire team made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. BMW Beverly Hills sets a high standard for customer service, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Christian was the first person who took my call and quickly got me connected with Jazmine, which set things off on the right foot. Jazmine was great from the start, professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Amar, the sales manager, was knowledgeable and straightforward, making sure everything was clear and handled properly. Jabar handled the paperwork, finalized the deal, and explained everything clearly. Overall, the team worked together smoothly and made the experience solid and professional.
