I want to share my experience here. I shopped here for more than 6years. I never returned products and refunded money, too. BTW!!!! THEY ARE VERY STRICT FOR RETURN AND REFUND!!!’ Very careful to get your items’ They don’t even give you to exchanges, too!!! Even same price!!! I didn’t ask them for money back or return, either. They said it’s their rules. The worker ignored me. And, walked away. Big disappointed. 😔

Prices rising, quality dropping. I have been shopping here more than 6 years, surely won't be coming back. Bought several spray bottles for daily cleaning chores, more than half of them either broke after a month of light use or the spray nozzles stopped working. IKEA has better quality and less expensive.

The Daiso store on Culver is so clean and well kept, it often reminds me of being back in Japan. The unique kitchen utensils and adorable tea pots always draw me in.
