I love Pagoda Tee because they never let me down. My tour shirts are always well priced and perfect. If there has been an issue David insists on correcting it to my benefit, even if I think he is too generous! I'm so glad to be working again (after Covid) and needing more shirts so I can support and visit these wonderful people again!
Shirts were done well and on time! David made it super easy to get 500 shirts made for an event with a tight timeline and within budget. Moreover, I was working remotely and his attentive customer support made it a simple worry-free process. I highly recommend Pagoda T's!
Terrible customer service! I ordered by phone, I didn't had the chance to ask how long it will take my order to be ready because the korean guy hang up on me. So I went an hour later to picked up and Surprise! It wasn't ready yet, so I asked the guy how long it will take so I can do the rest of my stuff and he told me 30 more minutes So... 40 minutes past and I called to see if my order was ready, the same korean guy answered me with attitude telling that it wasnt ready, that I should know it takes at least 3 hours ( he never mention that before) and that I wasn't the only customer, I asked him again to check how long more it will take, he told me to wait on the line then he hang up! I have a business too and I never treat my customers that way! Thanks to my customers I have work. This is the last time I place and order with this company.
very bad customer service, they don't give you good attention. I just lost my time driving there. I do not recommend this place.
The owner of this place gave bad customer service and was really rude. Was asking him prices to buy in bulk since I have a silk screen business and was very rude and would not do business here
