Amok provided fantastic service when we bought furniture for our shop. The team was helpful, patient, and made the whole process simple. They gave great advice without being pushy. The furniture is high quality and looks amazing. Delivery was right on time, and they handled setup quickly. Overall, the service and communication were excellent!

Several of the rubber wood tables developed splits within the first 6 months. Pictures were requested and submitted, twice. Jennifer (sales person) was going to get with someone above her but haven't heard anything for several months. I've sent numerous emails but can't get a reply from anyone and now we're beyond the warranty period. Service was pretty good during the purchase and quality looked good at first but it appears they don't want to warranty their products.

Be prepared for them to deliver your furniture 3 hours before your store opens and not give you any warning. Then turn around and charge your card without proper authorization for a re-delivery fee of several hundred dollars. I think that is terrible business practice. I even wrote on my invoice to please call me with sufficient warning. I also followed up in an email. Then once I finally heard back, I got a "This is not Amko's fault, it's your because you didn't tell us your store hours". they have delivered to me before and knew my store hours. Regardless, this is something that Amko SHOULD be on top of since this is their line of work. If the delivery must be 3 hours prior to opening, they should at least speak to someone and confirm that a worker can/will be there and we would have arranged accordingly.
