Ordered the Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich with fries on the side and the Classic Sampler appetizer. The Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich was quite nice, a good portion that could be shared or for one. The chicken in here was nice, not too dry, not too much breading; the bacon was fine, not too overcooked either, and the toasted bread on the outside was crunchy. The included side of fries are wavy-cut fries, fine nevertheless, potatoes are potatoes and it’s good if you don’t have expectations. The Classic Sampler was an assortment of fried items like beer-battered onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and wavy-cut fries plus buffalo boneless chicken. Buffalo chicken was dry and rough, kind of felt like they remained too long under the heat lamp. The onion rings, mozzarella sticks and wavy cut fries were all fine. You have a choice of sauces so honey mustard and blue cheese are great options to pick. This place is convenient as they’re open all hours and staff are all exemplary in customer service. This place is a good option of convenience and satisfies an indecisive craving.

This Denny's location is local to me, and I regularly visit this particular establishment. I have a mobility assistance service dog that has undergone extensive training for his job. This review pertains to their lack of concern for customer safety and store cleanliness, rather than the quality of food or service provided by the wait staff. The staff appear to be inadequately trained in handling service animals, including the manager. I have never been asked the two legally required questions as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act for entry into non-pet-friendly facilities for individuals accompanied by an animal. Today, this establishment compromised my safety. While being escorted back to our table, the host chose to walk us past another customer and their pet, which was sitting on the chair at the booth. The same dog then jumped onto the table where food was being consumed, a health code violation. As this dog was not a service animal, as it was not under control, task trained, or marked the host seated us at a table in close proximity to this untrained and uncontrolled pet, thereby potentially jeopardizing my safety. Due to my balance issues, if this dog were to lunge at my service dog, it would have caused me to lose balance and fall or, worse still, attack my service dog, resulting in potential injury and premature retirement for my $30,000 dog. I spoke with the manager, who appeared uncertain about the laws being violated by allowing a dog in the establishment. She was unfamiliar with the two legal questions, which I had to explain to her. Her staff lacked basic training on service animal laws. The dog's body parts, including its rear and another area, were on the table, constituting a health code violation. Furthermore, this posed a risk to individuals with dog allergies. I expressed my deep concern regarding this issue, but the lack of awareness makes me wary that change will occur. I informed the manager that this could expose them to significant liability if a similar incident were to happen again and a service animal or person were injured due to their negligence. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, businesses are permitted to request that service dogs leave their premises if the dog is not housebroken, under control, or posing a risk to staff or customers. This dog jumped onto the table, sat on the seat, and was not under control; therefore, even if the customer claimed it was a service dog, it would not be covered under the ADA. The ADA, has a section where it explains service animals should not be fed or sat on the table. Please do better.

The atmosphere here was welcoming by the female staff greeted with a smile and immediately served the male staff is very rude here My waiter did a good job while serving quiet establishment my orange juice tasted like water instead of taking it off the bill the waiter had me pay after I told her why I wanted to replace it other than that good job Dennys #3750

My server Eduardo was amazing! I had a fresh cup of coffee and a Philly omelette with avocado and jalapeños! Thank you Eduardo!! I will be back next time I’m in town. The restaurant is clean and organized also everyone is friendly and attentive! Good job :)
