Great location, great service overall five star experience, Had an issue with the server initially, but eventually we were able to laugh together and had a good time, once I figured out the hostess was actually, smart,witty and funny, she just didn't come across that way, When we first talked. This place was clean. But I wish they would turn the lights up slightly. The place was dark. My pictures came out absolutely horrible,( i refuse to use a flash during dinner time.)and though I understand the atmosphere, or we could talk about was how dimly lit the place was, I think they need a different hue.To the lights. The service was steady and the server Juan was better than most servers for my previous Cheesecake Factory visits. They'll all servers have been professional and have not had any issues.Juan just stood out a little more. My friends and I had three dishes.I chose the orange chicken with rice, one of my friends chose a chicken dish with spaghetti and another one of my friend chose the parmesan chicken Pizza style.. All of the dishes were very well presented and other than the orange chicken.They were very large portions. The location is one of the nicest in southern california due to the fact that it resides in The Grove. I was looking to get the patio option to look outside, but it was too long for a wait.And that was slightly hungry.So we decided to eat in the main dining room. The service was fast and the food was great. I will be visiting this location one more time.This year due to the decorations, the grove has put in place.Visual delight to go down there this time of year.

Went to Cheesecake Factory at The Grove , such a great vibe.. The location makes it feel lively and fun, especially in the evening. The cocktails were a bit too sweet for our taste, but the food was fresh and really good. We tried the pizza, burger, and a salad. Service was kind of slow though. Overall, good food and an amazing atmosphere…

We came here with our family and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy a meal together. The interior is beautiful and cozy, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. And of course, the cheesecake selection is amazing — there are so many options that everyone can find something they love. Definitely a great spot for a family dinner or dessert.

The food at The Cheesecake Factory was excellent, as always, and the ambience was great—lively, comfortable, and perfect for a celebration. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. Our server was rude and inattentive, and despite it being my birthday, we felt largely ignored throughout the meal. It was disappointing, especially since everything else was so enjoyable. I hope management addresses this, because the food and atmosphere truly deserve better service.

Unsafe drink, rude service, and incorrect billing. Very disappointing experience at The Cheesecake Factory. I dined here on Wednesday, December 28, around 3:00 PM. The food was okay but overly sweet. The service, however, was poor. The female server with black, curly hair placed a glass of water on my table with a visible insect already inside it, then rushed away without noticing. I stayed less than an hour, yet the server came to my table repeatedly (about five times) clearly trying to rush me out to turn the table, which felt uncomfortable. I was also overcharged. I ordered the miso salmon from the lunch menu before 5 PM on a regular weekday, but was charged the dinner price of $30 instead of the lunch price (~$22–24). I paid with two gift cards and still left a generous cash tip. I called the restaurant three times and was told a manager would call me back. It has been two weeks, no call, and no refund. Poor service, unsafe drink handling, and incorrect billing. Check your bill carefully if you dine here.
