We had a great experience at this Yoshinoya! The food was exactly what I was looking for—tasty, fresh, and very affordable for the portion size. It’s the perfect spot for a quick and satisfying meal. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. A huge thank you to the manager, Myra, who was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was running smoothly. It’s rare to see that level of care in a fast-casual spot, and it really made my visit better. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Never thinkin of coming back to this location. I highly think they are stingy for the customer and care more of profit than satisfying the customer. I asked why they are servicing less chicken and rice; they said that it’s recommended in the bowl I order but I went to another location order the same thing and I got more for what I was paying for this time(left bowl). Highly expensive for what I paid for $9 for a bowl for less chicken and rice(right bowl).It’s not the first time this happen although another incident where they serve me steak that didn’t taste anything like steak it was diversion of what they were selling. Waste of my money and time to find out that I got played to think that they were serving me the recommended serving exactly the same at other locations. In conclusion if you want to dine in or take out at this location I would recommend that you look at the serving size for what you are paying for because they care more of profit and not the customer.

First time eating at Yoshinoya in the states after having only eaten it in Japan. My expectations were tempered given what I’ve heard about American locations. Overall the gyudon still disappointed. The beef tasted good, but was on the dry side. Plus, the rice wasn’t even cooked correctly…it was a bit hard.

The day before, I bought food and a drink that my son was craving, and it was missing boba in his drink. Since we were in a hurry, I didn't go back. The next day, I called and brought them the receipt and a photo of my drink. After buying two drinks, I told them they didn't have enough ice, and that's what they gave them to me. Mrs. Mayra told me, "I put too much because it has less ice," so I returned them right there and asked for my money back. They gave me the wrong order and served me with a bad attitude. I brought them the receipt and the photo, but they didn't believe me. They just wanted to give me the boba in a small cup, when that was their mistake. Be careful if you ask for a boba without ice because they'll surely give it to you halfway or less. I won't buy from that place again. Mayra, in particular, serves with a very bad attitude and claims to be a manager.
