Whoever cooked the teriyaki chicken and broccoli and beef deserves a raise. It’s not too sweet, amazing flavor

After I had paid for my food and got back to my car I realized that i forgot to ask for change, I had a $10 bill that I needed broken into 2 $5 bills. I left my bag of food in the car and hobbled back inside the restaurant (I’m disabled and use a cane). The person who rang me up had stepped away from the registers and the other team member asked what I wanted. I explained that I just purchased food and forgot to ask for change. The team member asked for my receipt and I explained that I had left it with the food in my car. The team member told me that without a receipt I’d have to wait for someone to pay cash, and I said no problem. I waited for a few moments before your team member said to me again WITH ATTITUDE that she couldn’t open the register unless I made a purchase. I told her AGAIN that I’d already made a purchase and that I was happy to wait. Because your team member started giving me attitude your security guard comes over and starts harassing me telling me that I need to go somewhere else. I told him I’m happy to wait, and ask why I’m being given such a hard time waiting. Then the manager comes over and tells me she’s the only one with keys who can open the register, and again I SAY THAT IM HAPPY TO WAIT FIR SOMEONE TO PAY CASH. I asked why I was being given such a hard time for trying to wait patiently. As I’m saying this someone pays cash, the girl counts out the change and closes the change drawer WHILE IM STILL STANDING THERE!!!!!! I’ve been a very loyal customer at this location ever since Midtown Crossing was built. But not anymore. I refuse to be treated in this way. This is not the first time your team member has misheard or misunderstood what I’ve said. But it will most definitely be the last. My money talks and it’s walking to another restaurant.

This is by far one of the better Panda Express locations. The staff is friendly and attentive. You don't feel rushed while you are placing your order, which is major criticism of many people that frequent this growing chain. They don't forget to include chopsticks, which is a major concern of mine. The food was delicious. I came at the right time because everything had just been made. That's when this food actually tastes the best. I enjoyed the honey walnut shrimp the most. They were much more judicial with the sauce on them. I don't like it when they are drowned in the sauce or it's just caked on. It ends up being too thick and can result in a stomachache. This however was made way above those standards and the overall meal and atmosphere was very enjoyable!

Every time I come here I am treated with so much patience and respect. The employees are so nice and the food is always fresh. Thank you for being consistently great!

Been to this place for couple of months, used to be good depending on which shift is serving, Saturday night went to buy to go, from order food to reach the cashier at least 20 minutes, they were doing a lot online order, so they just let u wait, and unprofessional as well, this stenfily(whatever her name was, she's like sub manager) let people skip line because they talked Spanish. Done with this place.
