Unreachable on the phone, and when you order in person they end up making your order incorrectly and you have to wait another 20-30 minutes for them to remake it. This has happened to me numerous times now. Look how they cut their pizzas…
I always ordered from this place and the food was decent. However, on my last order, the wings were so weird-looking that I had to throw them away. 4 of the pieces looked like fallen or cut-off pieces from a whole wing. They came in the order considered full-wings but they looked small and nasty compared to the actual wing next to them. Sad that I wasted my money on this.
We ordered out pizza at the Domino’s in Marshaltown, AI, arrived about 25 minutes after we ordered and were greeted with our pizza ready. The guy who rang us up was super kind and happy. The pizza was one of the best I have ever had. The service we received and our food really made my day.
Based on the call today. I spoke to a female 3pm 1/2. The guys are much more professional and seem to care more about customer care on orders in the past Vs the women. The guys prepare the food with the correct portions but the ingredients are placed in the right place on the pizza pie. This makes every bite worth your buck. The women have work to do.
Provided a delivery code for the driver to use to enter my building. Complained that it was too complicated and was dismissive when I tried to provide further instructions on how to enter. Was too lazy to even try and was very rude when communicating with me. Requested a refund and canceled my order.
