This place is so unprofessional, they have no coordination. Every time I order online for pick up at this location it’s never ready on time. The customer service that is not welcoming. They are rude and need lots of training. They are never on time with your orders. Also, pizza was over cooked and it’s hard to chew.

My entire Little Caesars Pizza order was burned to a crisp. I also placed the order in the app so I can avoid the line and use the pizza portal. I still had to wait since they did not use it for pick up orders.

Disgusting, there was hair and lint on the pizza, I went to go exchange for a new one all they did was take it to the side and pretend to cut a new one and give it back. The guy who dropped his hair on the pizza looked annoyed for his hair being on the pizza and didn't say a word after giving a new box. Don't go here and settle for less. I'll be having a call with the EHD, stores that don't care shouldn't be open.

They must have a lot of orders all the time with DoorDash and lots of people coming in all the time but the service is slow most of the time and people are left waiting in a line of 3 or more. The pizza is always cut up wrong and the toppings are placed in a poor manner sometimes.

8pm and nothing is hot and ready. How is this even remotely possible. All these young kids just laughing and walking back and forth instead of working. 5 employees and nothing hot and ready
