I work as an Uber Eats delivery driver. When an order from this and many other Wingstop restaurants includes a drink, the employees give me a cup and suggest that I pour the drink myself. I always refuse to do this, as it's not in my instructions, and I would need a license for that kind of service! Besides, logically, wouldn't I then be obligated to wash my hands? I'm surprised this restaurant hasn't been sued by customers yet! This causes inconvenience in my work and creates conflict situations! I receive orders that I am forced to refuse or cancel, and consequently, my rating drops! I am not legally allowed to provide this kind of service! I don't understand why this is happening, and I'm outraged! As a consumer, I wouldn't want a drink poured for me by someone who hasn't washed their hands, or who knows when they last washed them! These women behaved defiantly and insisted that pouring the drink was my job! Unfortunately, many delivery drivers agree to do this, and this kind of unsanitary practice occurs! Someone could get sick from someone dipping their dirty finger in their drink! Ugh!

Store staff supports delivery drivers stealing our food. We ordered over an hour ago and have now had four drivers tell us the order has been picked up by someone else, meaning the staff just handed the order we paid for to some random stranger without verifying they're actually delivering to us. Shame on Wingstop and their staff, but also not a surprise for Wingstop..

Ordered from them on postmates. Got our fries but nothing else. Not the 20 wings we ordered. Not the extra dips. Just the fries. Be careful ordering from here on postmates

The service here was terrible. 1.) They Cashier didn’t even greet me before asking is my order for here or to-go. 2.) While waiting on my order I watched my finished food sit and wait as the employees carried on their conversations. 3.) When I asked for an additional condiment that I planned to pay for, the cashier rudely replied, “but you already have one in there.” Worst Wing-Stop experience, you can tell the employees did not want to work today. 👎🏾

It tastes really delicious. Price is normal, 25 pieces for $17 and you can choose 3 different flavors. Huge choice of juices. But you need a mirror in lady's restroom :)) Oh yea, best french fries definitely.
