Came in for an order and was immediately told online orders only! Made an on line order got voodoo fries they just poured the cheese and sauce fries all soggy not cool guys stop it do better….

We ordered pick up just for two large fries. They gave me attitude when I asked how long it would take for the fries. Then when I received them the fries were burnt and inedible. We had to wait a very long time for them to redo them while they gave out numerous orders. The fries were skimpy and barely had any in the basket. The customer service is appalling. We have come here many times over the years and sad to see how this place is being managed. Save your money for a better Wingstop because they do not care at this location!

The service was great. They have plenty of parking and a public restroom. The food was hot and seemed fresh. Unfortunately, after eating I had a really bad stomach ache that lasted two days. We got the chicken sandwich and both got sick. The wings are normally delicious. Five out of ten recommend.

I went in to get food and they made me order online even though I was in the store. They messed up my order so I asked them to redo it. I then took Wingstop’s online survey and left a bad review because I was extremely disappointed. A manager reached out to me the next day via email and offered me a free 6 piece classic wings and free fries. I went to redeem it a day later and I straight up got food poisoning. I had to go to the ER and take work off because of it. I’m pretty sure my food was tampered with because of the bad review I left. The staff that made my food both times need to be fired.

Placed an order over the phone and was told 15-20mins. Arrived 15mins later to find out they just wrote my order down by hand, never put it in, and never made it. Id understand if they were busy but there is no one in the restaurant and they had three Uber Eats orders before me. Save your time and call in your order somewhere else. Every time I come here its a let down.
