I wish I could give this place a zero, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. My recent experience with this location was nothing short of a nightmare. Let me break it down for anyone considering ordering from here: think twice. Firstly, the pizza arrived in a state that can only be described as a disaster. It was smushed up to the point where it was hard to distinguish the toppings from the box. I’ve seen abstract art that was less confusing than this mess. This was not what I expected when I ordered a pizza for a simple evening treat. Thinking this could be easily resolved, I attempted to contact the location to inform them of the issue. To my disbelief, I was hung up on. Not once, but twice. The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction was appalling. There was no attempt to rectify the situation, apologize, or even acknowledge the problem. This level of customer service is unacceptable in any industry, especially in the food service where satisfaction should be a priority. Based on this experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. The lack of quality in both their product and their service is glaringly obvious. There are plenty of other pizza places that value their customers and deliver what they promise. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment, and choose literally anywhere else.

Ordered Pizza Hut tonight for dinner and got the most burnt order ever. Also this cheesy bread must’ve had the smallest coating of cheese. It was 99 percent bread you can see clearly in the photos how bad this was. Worst Pizza Hut experience.

Ordered 2 large pan pizzas and Cinnabon from this location. I was charged $1 extra on each pizza for ordering pan. The pizza was delivered and it was definitely not pan and the dough wasn’t cooked thru properly either. Was so disappointed bc Pizza Hut’s veggie pan pizza was my favorite. This one ruined it for me. Would not order again or recommend. Side note - the gentleman that made the delivery was extremely kind - A+ for his service.

Terrible customer service. The two times I've gone has been for an online order pickup. Minimal interaction with the same blonde lady but enough to assure that she has a terrible attitude.
