The noodles 🍜 are always hot and good, but the menu is too little. They need to have other items. We missed the fried dumplings. It was great. They don't have it anymore and the waiter, he doesn't speak a lot of english and it's not very attentive, not much smile on his face and you don't feel the warm welcome. Other than that. It's okay.

You should come here if you enjoy cham pong(짬뽕) -spicy seafood noodle-(5/5).. its not super spicy but has a really nice smoky flavor to it. black noodle(짜장면) is average. The taste is not bad, it's just very simple style flavor (3/5) Shrimp fried rice is good, it comes w cham pong n black noodle soup.(4/5). The owner is really friendly n the store is clean. Parking can be a challenge depending on the hour, so be prepared to look for street parking.

Ordered the tangsuyuk, jjamppong, and jjajjangmyun. Tangauyuk is hot, fresh and crispy. They are fried in most likely rice flour so theres an extra crunch. The sauce was good too, but I ate the tangsuyuk even without it. Jjajjangmyun is really tasty. Not too sweet and not too salty. Just right amount of balance and honestly think that this is the best place to get good black bean noodles in ktown. 1 star removed for Jjamppong though. The taste was good but it wasnt as peppery or clean of a flavor profile. But the jjajjangmyun was so good that the jjamppong seemed a little ordinary compared to it. All in all solid place for Korean Chinese food and definitely a hidden gem...sort of reluctant to write the review but I dont want to gatekeep a ktown solid.

The noodles are the star of this place. Chewy, bouncy and not over cooked. The Jjambbong is cooked well meaning it’s done on a super hot wok for that smokiness. The broth is ok. Wish it had squid pieces in there. You get 1 baby octopus, clams and mussels. But the msg! Whoa partner! Easy on the msg! My mouth is tingling like a sack of stars! Service is well done for a small business. A few changes in ingredients could make this place so much better!

This seafood jjambbong restaurant specializes in large portions and generous portions. The broth is delicious, and the texture of the freshly made noodles is simply exquisite. I tried the jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk, and both were delicious. I highly recommend it. However, parking can be a bit tricky during lunch hours. Street parking is metered and has a one-hour limit. After your meal, you can enjoy a cup of coffee at the adjacent coffee shop. Ordering is convenient, as the kiosk is available. Keep in mind that it can take a while for your food to arrive.
