Went for my grandfathers birthday. I have a gluten and soy allergy the server (a lady) was very helpful on what I could and couldn't eat. The server was also really friendly and brought out a candle to sing happy birthday to my grandpa. Food was amazing. Service was amazing. Not too pricey and definitely worth it. 10/10 definitely going back.
The food is good, but the service is really bad. Side portions are small and slow to refill, and you practically have to beg for service. On our last visit, they brought the salad without utensils and never brought them after we asked, so we had to get up and ask for them at the counter. Overall, good food, but definitely very bad service and atmosphere.
I've been coming to this place since 2007 back when all you can eat was 9.99$. I've seen people come and go, service increase and decrease and increase again, it has its ups and downs, the remodeled, got pest control, all that stuff. First time going since February of 2025, I went today, Bill came up to about 125$ for 3 adults, 2 toddlers, no sodas or ad on. I payed like other times. I remember they was always a 25 to 35% service charge fee so didn't bother leaving a tip today. Lady swiped my card came back and pointed to me in my face saying "oh, you left the tip part on 0." I said "yes, that's correct" you have a service fee. She explained they no longer charge that fee, but, BUT!! She gave me the biggest ugliest face and attitude, I honestly felt exhorted, harrasment, amd made me feel so down. Yeah, service got better, but since when are you entitled for a tip? Your family of the employeer, you been there for 20+ years. I do a great job in my lime of business and don't think people have to pay me extra for doing my job. I am already getting paid as it is. It's so sad, to have to leave that place feeling down because of someone's attitude. Just a heads up, expect that when you go. About 10 years ago, I witnessed the same lady chase someone to the parking lot, saying "you didn't tip me, don't come back". So sad she hasn't changed.
NEVER AGAIN. For a $40 All You Can Eat price, you’d expect this place to at least have a decent bathroom (see pictures). Not only did they “bait and switch” me over the phone promising that for 1 adult the price is $23.95, but instead $29.99 when I showed up, but they have the courage to add a 15% service charge on top of that for no reason (ca. $5). With tax, your total comes close to $40. Food wasn’t anything extraordinary and their seafood and kimchi highly questionable. Not only that, but my orders were taken incorrectly and I received things I never ordered in the first place. The reason? On the menu, it states that for any leftover food YOU’LL BE CHARGED an additional $19.99 PER POUND!!! (see attached picture) How crazy ridiculous is this?! Hence, why the extra rice / rice noodles / and other fillers kept randomly appearing on my table. VERY SHADY way of doing business, if you ask me. If a customer is forced to read all the fine print and ends up paying significantly more than expected, something weird is going on. Like I said at the beginning, NEVER AGAIN.
Giving it a 5/5 because I saw the movie Good fortune. Reminded me when I would come here before I knew what good Korean BBQ tasted like. I haven't been here in years, but it use to be a regular when I was 18. Just very nostalgic to see.
