I went late and bought the leftover kimbap in a flavor I don't really like.....and ate it the day after and it's fabulous tasting. It's better than the kimbap I got from a restaurant day off. This tastes exactly like Korea. Im crying because this is exactly it. This place is a hidden gem! I will totally be returning!

Eating kimbop from Sang Rok Soo(Evergreen Catering) made me nostalgic about my childhood growing up in Korea. This is typical snack of choice that every Korean umma would make it for their children on fieldtrip. Every bite of kimbop made me smile. Honestly, I wish I would have bought more. You can take kimbop to Santa Monica beach and watch sunset or makes a wonderful snack during or after bike ride. That’s taking your beach day to next level. Can‘t wait to try other menu items!
