Customer service of this place is genuinely horrible. When I asked for 3 cups for my family, they only gave me 2 cups telling me to get a extra cup from another place. This was really bad of them and i've never been to a food court restaurant like this before. They also almost gave us the wrong food because they got confused of mine with someone else’s. I have never been to a food place with such horrible customer service before, and I hope to never go to such a place ever again. Food could have been better too if I’m being completely honest. Places like these need better workers and owners that actually have genuine care about their customers.

I asked for only soondae because I don’t eat the other things like liver and intestines, and the grandma kindly said sure! They gave me a whole bunch of soondae in my bowl, and honestly, the broth and the soup was one of the best I’ve had in a while. They add the perilla seeds too which boosts the flavor. The side dishes are very complementary as well. Definitely coming back because this soondae guk tasted like home.

The pork rib with potatoes soup was okay. The mushroom bibimbap lacked flavor. Presentation of the food looked nice, for mall food.

If you're an OG in ktown, you know just how amazing the KTP food court is. There's nothing fancy or flashy about this food court. All the food is well priced at least a B+, and Seoul Soondae House is no exception. I got their boodaejjigae (army stew) and it was everything I could've asked for. There aren't a lot of restaurants in Ktown that sell Army stew so whenever I find one, I always try it out. The broth was rich and spicy and it was loaded with veggies and meats. My friend got food from another food stand, but he was eyeing my food the entire time. If you've never tried Army stew, I would highly recommend trying out Seoul Soondae.

Like a Korean streetfood restaurant, only it's in an all Korean Mall. So a lot of different places to choose from. The specialty of this one is Korean sausage with a mix of additional intestines. Very authentic and delicious (if you're into those things).
