My friends and I had a wonderful time dining here last night when we came for some Korean bbq. The staff are amazing and we're very attentive to us. We went with the Ayce B option for the all you can eat. The prime beef, beef tongue, steak, spicy pork, bulgogi and brisket were delicious. The price is reasonable and worth it here. We would gladly come back again.

Was my first time and was seated instantly. It was a bit confusing at first since they have different menus. I went with friends and we thought we were looking at the same menu. We ordered our drinks and they messed up my friends drink order. They brought out the meat fairly quickly. Also don’t like that they have a limit. And before we could order dessert, they just gave us the bill. We were lowkey excited to try their cheesecake. But paid and left instead. Overall, for my first time it was alright.

The quality of the meat at Hanoo Kalbi was good — well seasoned and flavorful. However, the overall experience was negatively affected by the service and some operational issues. The waitress who attended us (Korean) never waited for us to finish placing our order; she constantly interrupted and left the order incomplete. On several occasions, we had to ask again for items because they simply did not bring everything we requested. They also never checked on us to see if we needed anything else. Instead, they brought the bill without any prior notice and turned off the grills even though we still had more than 30 minutes left within our allotted dining time. Additionally, they were not attentive about changing the grills when they became carbonized, which directly affects the quality of the food. The exhaust system also does not function properly, causing smoke to accumulate in the dining area, which made the experience uncomfortable. The food has good potential, but the service and attention to detail need significant improvement to match the restaurant’s concept.

Hanoo Kalbi is a true gem in NorthRidge! The tender, flavorful kalbi and the variety of banchan make for an authentic Korean dining experience. The fun, interactive grill-it-yourself setup adds a unique touch, and the friendly, attentive staff ensure everything is perfect. A must-visit for Korean BBQ lovers!

The service here was absolutely incredible! Thank you to the hardworking staff here. The food was pretty good as well, the price was a bit high for the quality of food, but the quality of service is definitely 5 stars ⭐ They have a requirement of 2 or more people per party.
