Stopped by the Coffee Bean in Ktown and it was exactly what I needed. The location is convenient and the space is clean comfortable and easy to relax in. Coffee was smooth and consistent and the drinks came out fast even when it was busy. Staff was friendly and efficient and the overall vibe was calm which makes it a good spot to sit work or just take a break. Solid go to coffee spot in Koreatown.

I will start off with the strength of this location - the two young ladies on shift at 11 AM on 11/2/24. The young woman that took my order was very warm and friendly. She complimented my hair on a day I was not feeling my best. Oh, and, ladies, the intersection of Mariposa and Wilshire can at times be like a wind tunnel so expect your hair to go crazy. Regardless of this my hair was complimented, lol! Although, I must admit I used my reflection in a nearby window to fix my hair before I went into the cafe. As you can imagine she changed my whole day! The barista did a great job with the drink and exuded friendliness. Of note to me is that this location is great for people watching. Cosmopolitan people watching, not boring suburban people watching. In my mind I was transported to Tokyo. People everywhere and most of them are making some sort of statement. That’s why I love this area which is pretty much the heart of Koreatown. I sat near the door that faces Wilshire. The large iced oatmilk latte I ordered was good. The chocolate croissant was as well. Predictable I guess but the lattes can be ruined elsewhere at times. Total for both items was less than $11. This location has a lot of traffic at times, but it doesn’t seem it’s ever hard to find a table. They do not have a bathroom - pretty lame - but there is a nearby bathroom in the plaza. There are at least three choices to park in the area if you choose a structure and there’s meter parking but it’s hard to get meter parking around here.

Dear Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Customer Service, I am writing to share two disappointing experiences at your 3435 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90010 location. I regularly visit this store and usually enjoy my drinks, but my last two visits with the same staff member left me very dissatisfied. August 8, 2025 (around 5:00 PM): I ordered a Mango Ice Blended drink to go. Unfortunately, the drink was extremely poorly made — it tasted like plain ice water with no flavoring. I have this drink weekly, so I know how it should taste. Additionally, whipped cream was added without my consent, and I was charged extra for it. Since I was headed to an appointment, I could not return it and had to throw it away. August 22, 2025 (around 5:10 PM): I ordered the same drink again (approximately $7). While the drink was prepared correctly this time, I paid with a $20 bill and was only given $3 back in change. I tried to address the issue with the cashier, but she was dismissive and rude. The staff member in question is a short, healthy-built female with dark hair and front bangs. Unfortunately, her behavior and repeated mistakes have made my experience at this location very unpleasant. I have always enjoyed Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, but these incidents were frustrating and disappointing. I hope management can look into this matter so that other customers do not have the same experience. Thank you for your attention.

Stopped in for an afternoon pick me up. The iced oat milk vanilla latte was perfect. I enjoyed sitting at the sidewalk table watching the passerby’s. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great little corner bean hole. 🙏🏻🥰
