I was craving some ice cream despite the cold weather, so I decided to pop into Milkream for some delicious soft serve. Sunny who welcomed us, was super friendly and offered up many recommendations and answered all our questions! They had a variety of Asian inspired soft serve flavors such as banana, strawberry and honeydew. I sampled the chocolate banana and really liked that it tasted like the Choco Banana flavored Pocky! They also carry ice cream pie in all sorts of delicious flavors. But what really drew me in was the milkream brulee! The milkream brûlée is basically a waffle cup filled with a soft serve of your choice, topped with custard and a caramelized sugar top. I decided to get the milk flavor per the recommendation, and it was really cool to watch Sunny use the torch to caramelized the sugar. She told us to wait a minute to let the sugar harden; so that we could get that nice satisfying crack. The soft serve went very well with the custard and the burnt sugar, added a nice crispy texture; I really enjoyed it! When we finished, we decided to get an ice cream pie to go, so that we could enjoy some more desserts at home! Will definitely be back for some of their soft serve next time!

Will go again / price = average / speed = slow / service = average / cleanliness = average Now thatsa ice cream! I ordered the strawberry + matcha creme brulee. Wow! What a way to eat "ice cream". From the sweetness of the torched creme brulee, topping of oozing cream, tart and another sweet layer of the strawberry + matcha ice cream, the combinations explode into your mouth like you never had ice cream before. Adding to that is the crunchy but soft waffle cone that pairs well with the sweetness of all on top. The cream and ice cream oozes out like Dr. Ooze (only the late 80s-early 90s would get this reference). Now, I know my review sounds like this should be a 5 star but here is why not. The torched creme brulee is slightly missing the fullness. Most of the middle is torched but a true creme brulee will have all the edges candy burnt as well. In addition, the ice cream is a bit too warmed up and oozing out too early and fast. Milkream needs to come up with a method so that this does not happen too fast. Possibly torch the creme brulee before becoming a topping and slight torch while on it for the oozing cream which is excellent.

My daughter got Milkream Brûlée and I got Coffee Soft Ice Cream with corn flakes. I seriously loved the taste of coffee ice cream. I loved the fact it's not too sweet or too rich but tastes light like a yogurt. I will definitely comeback for different flavors.

Service is really fast and food tastes amazing. I ordered their Hawaiian chicken plate, plus a taro boba drink (which comes in a reusable cup).

Wow! I found a place I can actually enjoy a shake at. I find most places to be overall too sweet but this one was perfectly balanced. I got the milk flavor, it’s not vanilla it’s milk. Kinda rare to find this flavor in the US. In Europe and Asia it more common to find this flavor. Anyways, it’s really good. They have a special on the shake if you pay cash atm 50% off list. Totally worth it, even at full value I’ll keep coming back. They were also kind enough to also throw in a latte cake (which is massive) that is delectably 🤤 Thank you everything was delicious! 😋
