Great boba place with amazing boba and cheesecake. Got a matcha boba which tastes actually matcha and not just sweet, and the boba has great texture and a nice bite to it. The cheesecake was delicious too. The place is great and clean, with enough seating area, and with helpful staff. Order is done via a kiosk and picked up at the counter which the staff really makes sure we heard our order. The parking is paid valet only though, but street parking is available.
Tried a few drinks at It’s Boba Time and had a great experience. The Dragon Fruit Iced Boba Tea, Piña Colada Boba Smoothie, and Mango Smoothie with Mango Popping Boba were all very good and well balanced in flavor. Even though the place was busy, the staff was attentive and efficient with order pickup and delivery. The ambiance was good and refreshing, just like their boba teas. A nice spot to stop by when you’re craving boba.
Boba is amazing!! The people working in the back are doing a great job!! Now let me tell you this girl working the counter so bitter so unkind And on top of that whats up with the attitude like I came in and ask for free or something 😒😒 Being the one in the front of bussiness she should at least try I asked her for a coffee frappe she said they don’t have one.. Clearly she said we only have what you see on the menu So why does the menu say coffee frappe Yet she said oh I don’t have it on my menu !! She just had an attitude when she gave us our order felt like she almost threw it at my daughter like really… I worked in food industry over 10 years and I know bad service when I get it..
The mix mastery of the franchise alone is worth the visit. Big ups to Roberto who holds the joint down like a true boss! What I admire about this particular location is how consistent it is with cleanliness, customer service, turn around of orders and hospitality. Roberto treats the job like it's his own franchise and you can feel the heart, soul and passion he puts into holding the fort down! I've been a fan of Boba Time for about 2 years now but this particular location is a cut above the rest. Come see for yourself! I recommend the Kale Green smoothie for that veggie fix. The Brown Sugar Milk if you've got a sweet tooth. The Einspanner (German for "One Horse" a la espresso over black coffee w/ a dense cream top) for that coffee fix. WHAT TIME IS IT!? It's Boba Time! Thanks ya'll!
The milk tea tastes great. I added both boba and crystal boba, and they were cooked perfectly. I don’t like it when boba is overcooked and too mushy, but here the texture was just right. The interior is clean, the staff are friendly, and my drink was ready very quickly after ordering.
