We stopped in to buy some Taiyaki. Chose taro and Nutella flavor. They were delicious! I will have to return to grab drinks next time.

What a frustrating experience! The cashier was super friendly at first, telling us to download their app for 30% off our first order and have points for our orders. She even promised to make sure the discount went through - yeah, right! The weirdest thing happened - I was just holding my phone , and the machine just took the payment without me even tapping my phone. And guess what? No discount. When I pointed it out, the cashier said she'd call the manager to void it, but then she just started making our drinks?! Like, hello? Shouldn't you fix the payment first? By the time our order was ready (which felt like forever), she basically shrugged us off and said she couldn't do anything. She should have told us from the start that we should order through the app for us to get that discount. Talk about bad customer service! To make matters worse, our drinks were a mess. I asked for less ice, but my cup was practically overflowing with it. My sister's veryberry drink was supposed to be 50 less sugar, but it tasted like syrup. And the boba? Hard and undercooked. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle. Our family won't be back. I'd recommend checking out bonbon tea or cafe86 instead.

I had gotten my drink delivered via Doordash (not sponsored by them). It still had the slush form upon arrival and nothing was tampered nor watery. It had a good amount of sweetness, even though I had ordered it with 75% sweetness. The drink was called Dragon Slayer and may order this again in the near future.

Bobo the Boba is a staple in Northridge for their wide variety of drinks and yummy taiyaki! Service was easy and quick and we were able to have some fun through the claw machines that take Apple Pay!! We even won 2 totoro plush keychains. Bobo the Boba has everything you need for a fun boba date! food/drink: * matcha man with creme brulee cream | $6.75 - matcha latte with a lots of REAL strawberry bits and puree. creme brulee top added sweetness, depth, and richness! * mango cream | $6.45 - sweet creamy smoothie with a subtle tanginess! super cool + refreshing in the midst of the heat wave * taiyaki: 2 for $5.50 | we tried nutella and custard and both came out hot and crispy! super yummy

Very good value for how much you get. I got the Dragons Slayer drink. It was so good. The more I drank the better it got. You get to choose how sweet you want it which is great and very unique. Great customer service, great prices and great beverages. I also ate the waffle fish with red bean inside that was a delicious treat and fun to eat.
