Very disappointed with my order today. The cold brew was excessively diluted with water. Also, the cappuccino was flavorless due to the scalding hot milk, which ruined the coffee taste.

Asked for little ice in order to get more of a drink but was slammed with extra ice instead. Not sure if it was some kind of punishment for daring to ask little ice in a venti cup. The drink ended up being mostly just ice. Well, very expensive ice.

The staff at this location are consistently unprofessional and rude. I placed a mobile order for a hot chocolate and an everything bagel, which should have been ready by the time I arrived. However, when I got to the store, my order was not prepared, and staff were unable to locate it in the system. As a result, I missed my scheduled bus and had to take a later one, causing unnecessary inconvenience. What was especially disappointing was the lack of urgency and accountability. The barista did not apologize or acknowledge the issue and instead behaved as though the situation was insignificant. I also observed staff talking among themselves instead of prioritizing resolving the problem. This is not the first time I’ve experienced issues at this location. Due to repeated poor service, I will no longer be returning.

A smaller Starbucks but the young ladies that work the weekend (Saturday morning) are awesome! I’ve always had issues with baristas pouring Nitro with too much foam. The baristas here did it right. Along with that, my teen said their drink was amazing. Seating area was clean and everyone was very friendly. Will return for coffee needs when we are in the area.

It’s a very busy Starbucks caffe during certain hours, nonetheless, it’s quite cozy and yet comfortable to relax and study. The spacing on the round tables and seats are kind of small and you have to squeeze in a little bit, but if you’re a big person then good luck with that. Customer service is great. The electrical outlets are also convenient. Overall, 5 stars since it saved me from dead batteries yesterday. I can’t comment on their restroom as I’ve never used it.
