Very frustrating experience, i ordered coffee and brownie in drive thru, at the window, after i paid with card the lady gives me the terminal to choose the tip amount, WHY ? Why would i tip when im in the drive thru??? And you know what’s funny ? The lady acted like she forgot my brownie, i had to ask her for it, and im 99.999999% sure she did it on a purpose because i didn’t tip, this is crazy and unacceptable.

Almost every worker has been amazing and very kind with impeccable service. The drink and food always taste good and fresh. The only exception are the twins here kinda always have a bad attitude. I come here daily for almost. A year now. They all know my name and sometime I’m here 3 times a day giving tons of money and have left tons of tips in the past. Today I was 7 cent (7 Pennie’s ) short and the lady sat and almost didn’t let me slide on it after asking if I can go 7c short, yet I’ve given her tips of $5 in the past.. multiple times and almost every worker here has gotten a tip at some point in time. Just kinda shows no customer appreciation and it made me just think about how valuable my money is and how this is a habit I need to stop if you can’t even help me out when I’m a penny short. This won’t be my last time here but hopefully their last attitude with me 💕

This was quick stop. We normally share drink and asked the Starbucks lady that we want hot venti and if she can split in 2 cups. She made a iced drink. Upon asking it was hot not iced. She got upset and threw it immediately and made a new one. And gave extra cup as she cant split for customers. That could be said differently. But may be she was not having a good day. Hope she feels better later
