Nice clean, big, spacious shop within the Union Station. Very connivance place for quick drinks and snacks. Well organized and easy order with nice, friendly staff. Quick turnaround.

It’s rare when I drink Starbucks but when I do end up going I always get the pike coffee or a cold brew. Since this Starbucks is inside the union station and that was it for coffee spots on the go, I decided to grab my morning coffee to stay awake for this field trip! The cashier that took my order was very nice and my coffee was great! Place was clean! Overall I had a great experience coming here!

Convenient location for a quick coffee before jumping onto the train. The coffee is served and taste as you would expect at any Starbucks. The wait time for your coffee can be rather long considering its location. There are no chairs to sit at at this location. The ambience is not anyway appealing. Service is okay. Just feels you're here to pick up a quick coffee and go.

Today at around 5:10 pm at Starbucks in the train station the Baristas didn’t want to serve me, maybe these ppl don’t like to serve certain ppl based on their skin tone. Very detached and avoidant, i’d say it was 2 or 3 min. There was no one in starbucks.. how could starbuck have these kind of ppl serving the general public in Downtown Los Angeles on Thursday Jan 8 2026? It’s def not acceptable and will be addressed at multiple levels! this type of discrimination is unwarranted not ok, it’s definitely horrible and damaging to discriminate on ppl based on their appearance.

I love the staff here. I was able to get my coffee and breakfast wrap before my train arrived. It usually gets very crowded in the mornings, but thankfully it wasn't. I really do love this location. They make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. 10/10 ✨
