Very disappointed with my order today. The cold brew was excessively diluted with water. Also, the cappuccino was flavorless due to the scalding hot milk, which ruined the coffee taste.

One of my favorite Starbucks in LA very professional very clean. The bathroom is one of the cleanest in Starbucks in LA. Had an amazing experience.☕️💚

A smaller Starbucks but the young ladies that work the weekend (Saturday morning) are awesome! I’ve always had issues with baristas pouring Nitro with too much foam. The baristas here did it right. Along with that, my teen said their drink was amazing. Seating area was clean and everyone was very friendly. Will return for coffee needs when we are in the area.

I came to this Starbucks to get a coffee—I’m a regular customer—but for some reason, while I was in the restroom, they wouldn’t even let me use it in peace. They kept knocking every two seconds, and it was the Starbucks employees doing it on purpose. When I came out, they even scolded me, saying the restroom is for customers only. I was like, idiots—I am a customer! I just needed to use the restroom. What kind of nonsense is this? Have they lost their minds? They wouldn’t even let me use the restroom properly. I’m never coming back to this Starbucks because of these jerks.

It’s a very busy Starbucks caffe during certain hours, nonetheless, it’s quite cozy and yet comfortable to relax and study. The spacing on the round tables and seats are kind of small and you have to squeeze in a little bit, but if you’re a big person then good luck with that. Customer service is great. The electrical outlets are also convenient. Overall, 5 stars since it saved me from dead batteries yesterday. I can’t comment on their restroom as I’ve never used it.
