This Jamba Juice is in the lovely and quaint neighborhood of Larchmont Village. Larchmont feels like small town vibes in a big city and has plenty of independently owned restaurants and businesses and although Jamba here isn’t exactly independently owned it still has that small town feeling, like going out with your family on a stroll in the summer night to order smoothies. That feeling is why I like a lot of the businesses here. No matter where you go in Larchmont village you can stroll around and sit outside and see young kids having fun and families and there’s plenty of outdoor seating and trees and also enough parking that I rarely have trouble finding any in LV! It feels laid back and there are lovely homes all around the area and a strip of boutique shops and even an old fashioned magazine stand. Now about this Jamba, I ordered through their app which I recommend doing because it seemed to make my experience more streamlined and I felt more assured that they put the boosts I ordered in the smoothies and I felt the staff liked it that they new exactly what I ordered instead of me physically telling them what I wanted. The smoothie was great and since I ordered it through my account I made sure to take advantage of any deals I could participate in and it made sure I got the points added to my account. The staff was very friendly I made sure to tip them in the tip jar which is the right thing to do! No bathrooms as far as I could see but the area has them and if I needed to I probably could have used the one in Pete’s coffee next door. I always get the 3g energy boost and the protein boost I ordered the strawberry whirl which is my favorite long standing Jamba Juice smoothie and it reminds me of my mom who passed 6 years ago RIP because we used to get them together when Jamba Juice was new! The smoothie was great. Oh and the girl offered to put the rest in a separate cup which I appreciate a lot !

I was racial discriminated at this location. I order 2 large drinks and received 2 medium and the two Hispanic females didn’t apologize or anything for it. They are not welcoming to everyone and this should be brought to management attention. Overall the juice was good but I’ll never go back in there.

This Jamba Juice was nice at first. I ordered a shot and Peach Perfection. The Peach Perfection was great, but they didn’t get me a normal Jamba shot. I asked the lady what it was and she said it was the shot. I said no, and I showed her a pic of what Jamba provides. She said she never saw it before, and I told her every Jamba I had ever been to had it. She called her manager in, and he told me they don’t provide those shots. I told him I wanted my money back because this wasn’t what I expected and the lady didn’t tell me that these were the shots. The manager tried to make me seem at fault by saying it was my fault for not asking. I was baffled at the customer service, and then he told me to call corporate for the refund. He wanted me to call corporate for $3.... and I explained how that was illogical. He eventually gave me a refund, but I wasn’t pleased with his attitude.

Took a 30-minute walk tonight specifically to get a large glass of Orange Supreme juice mix. Walked in 20 minutes before closing and was told by an employee that she washed the machine already and will not make any juices for today. Basically, yes, I was refused in serving JUICE at place called “Jamba JUICE” within it’s operating hours simply because the employee didn’t feel like making juice tonight. Could you please adjust your open hours or instruct employees on proper customer service?

I normally come to this place sometimes there are no glasses there is no product today unfortunately Apple Pay does not work!! #applepay
