Our office has been ordering bagels weekly from this location for a long time and the bagels were not properly sliced all the time. I decided to give the store a call after ordering online and the person who answered was very rude I politely requested to make sure to slice it properly. Will not be ordering in this branch ever.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. First of all there was like 3 people there and they didn't make my bagel for like 20 minutes and I went up to them and they told me they had "made it" and someone else took it. When I was sitting there the entire time and they never once called my name or order so I know nobody took it. Then they "remake" it and when I bring it home, it looks a mess only the bottom half of the bagel is cut and the top is still intact. Also while this is happening not only is he not making my bagel hes talking to his coworker about buying her a cutwater after work, so unprofessional.
I usually love this location, but today I had an unsettling experience. Another customer accidentally took and opened my order, and instead of remaking it, the staff tried to repackage and give it back to me not once but TWICE!!! Thinking I wasn’t able to see them. That’s not safe food handling, and it really disappointed me since I’ve always enjoyed your bagels. Definitely did not eat that bagel because what in the world.
Fast and friendly service. Was greeted with a chorus of hellos and welcomes. Team members took my order and was eating a fresh sandwich in no time. Yummy food.
Chain bagel place, friendly staff and decent bagels. Not particularly filling but a great place to get breakfast. Rather expensive!
