Grab two slices of cake yesterday and a mocha roll, and quite literally the red velvet cake had mold growing from the cream. We of course didn’t check the other cake for but the red velvet slice and the mocha roll where expired gave out a foul order and mold in the cake. Most definitely do not recommend to come here at all
Do not buy sliced cakes ($6.75) here. They sell previously frozen defrosted cakes. Cream was hard as a rock and bread part was completely soggy and mushy, it was disgusting. Ended up tossing it. Other individual packaged breads are OK.
My family and I have been buying our cakes here for over 20 years and New York Bakery never disappoints! Cakes are always delicious and moist. 100% recommended.
We went to pick up the cake we ordered on time and they were still working on it. That wasn’t really an issue at first, but after receiving the cake 30 mins later the top layers of the cale started sliding. By the time we reached our home the cake had fallen apart. We were very careful when transporting the cake. And the inside of the cake was really mushy. This was a waste of $178.
Omg the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. I ate a slice in the car and I went back inside to buy the rest lol. 10/10 must try!
